Social Impact of Rural Handicrafts Company

All the handicrafts made by Rural Handicrafts Company are made locally by people in the rural villages of India. Working with us provides them with the opportunity to practice their ancestral trades and we bring their crafts to the marketplace to sell their products. We work closely with these artisans to identify products that will showcase their ancient traditions and also be of value for our customers. Rural Handicrafts Company ensures that all its artisans receive a fair wage that is well above the minimum wage such that their quality of life is impacted directly. We also provide training for the artisans to enable them to compete in the global handicrafts marketplace. Through our various initiatives, we want to create an impact in the lives of the people we work with and through them we want to impact their communities as well.
