How long does it take to receive ordered products?

It usually takes about 2-4 business days from when the order is placed. We also ship overnight and 2 day USPS or UPS.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns, no question asked. Please ship within 30 days of receiving the product.

Does it cost more to customize the products ordered?

No, it does not cost more to customize a product. All our products are made by hand and so it does not cost more to customize a product.

Is there a minimum quantity that I must order if I want to customize my order?

No, there is no minimum quantity restrictions.

How long does it take to receive custom ordered products?

It usually takes about two weeks from the date the order is placed.

How are your products shipped?

Our products are shipped from India by FedEx international priority and within the US, we ship through either FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Do you have your own retail store?

No, currently we sell through our website and through retailers around the country. We will be opening our own store in June 2010. We will post the information regarding our store on our website in the beginning of summer.

Do you supply to retailers and wholesalers?

Yes, we supply to retailers and wholesalers. Please write to us for more information regarding commissions.
